Tom will sit down with you and go through a brief home-buying presentation so that you know exactly what to expect throughout the whole home-buying process. One of the first and most exciting steps for you is browsing properties online. As you find properties of interest, Tom will schedule times for you to see the properties in person with him. As you view properties, Tom will use his knowledge of the local real estate market and his construction experience to make sure you find the right property for your needs.
